There is ample free street parking in the vicinity. The only parking lot managed by 13th Floor does not charge more than $10 per car and is located on 52nd ave between Jackson st. and Monroe st.

NEW THIS YEAR, THERE ARE 2 SEPARATE HAUNTED HOUSES AT 13TH FLOOR WITH 2 SEPARATE LINES AND ENTRANCES. YOU MAY CHOOSE WHICH HAUNTED HOUSE YOU WANT TO GO INTO FIRST, BUT MAKE SURE YOU SEE BOTH OF THEM! SCARE YA SOON!
